Private bedroom in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Entrance to home made easy with keypad entry. Natural light and green space views make this a great choice for business travelers and those who want to experience Dallas.

Full side bed, writing desk, smartTV, mini fridge & microwave, coffee maker. Shared bath options- full and half bath. Self-serve breakfast items such as coffee/tea, water, sparkling drink, snacks are provided. Quiet Dallas suburb only 20 min from downtown Dallas.

The space
Nicely furnished with full size bed, work table, Smart TV, mini fridge, microwave and comfort chair. Attached bathroom. Beautiful room with a view!

Guest access
All other bedrooms and rooms are private. Guests are welcome to enjoy the yard with few benches in our one and a half acres mini walking trail - with plums, peaches, berries, figs, jujubes trees and blooming plants and flowers (in spring and summer), shade trees, outdoor furniture and more.

We are available to answer your questions and make your stay pleasant. Your privacy is respected.

Before Request To Book:
~ Please introduce yourself and let us know the purpose of your visit.
~ Please read and acknowledge that you will comply with the House Rules.

Which includes:
1. Space is only for ONE person stay.
2. Strictly No guest or visitor allowed.
3. Strictly no marijuana, vaping/smoking, drugs, and any illegal activities. If you ignore this rules, your deposit will be forfeited.
4. Government ID and CLEAR profile picture required on your profile as this is to ensure that it is the guest that actually checking in
5. Please don’t leave the window open when air condition or heat is on.
6. No pets/service dog due to my son’s allergies.
7. Clean dishes after use.

We greatly appreciate your Acknowledgement and Accepting the House Rules before booking. To ensure a 100% guest satisfaction and to prevent any misunderstanding. I hope you understand as sometimes, when in a hurry, the guest doesn’t read the House Rules which may lead to a misunderstanding and an unsatisfactory stay.
