The space features a kitchen, bathroom (shower/bath/commode/walk-in closet) and comfortable bed. Self-serve breakfast such as coffee/tea, and snacks provided. This restful Dallas suburb is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Dallas.

~ Please introduce yourself and let us know the purpose of your visit.
~ Please read and acknowledge that you will comply with the House Rules.

Which includes:
1. Space is only for ONE person.
2. Strictly NO Guest or Visitor allowed.
3. Strictly no marijuana, vaping/smoking, drugs, and any illegal activities.
4. Government ID and CLEAR profile picture required on your profile as this is to ensure that it is the guest that actually checking in
5. Please don’t leave the window open when air-condition or heat is on.
6. No pets/service dog due to my son’s allergies.
7. Clean dishes after use.

We greatly appreciate your Acknowledgement and Accepting the House Rules before booking. To ensure a 100% guest satisfaction and to prevent any misunderstanding. I hope you understand as sometimes, when in a hurry, the guest doesn’t read the House Rules which may lead to a misunderstanding and an unsatisfactory stay.
