Spacious studio apartment for one person only located in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Private entrance made easy with keypad-enabled entry. Natural lighting and views of green space make this ideal for business traveler, digital nomads or even a personal retreat.

The space features a kitchenette, bathroom (shower/toilet) and comfortable bed. Self-serve breakfast items such as coffee/tea, eggs, bread, and snacks are provided. Quiet suburb 20 minutes from downtown Dallas.

~ Please introduce yourself and let us know the purpose of your visit.
~ Please read and acknowledge that you will comply with the House Rules.

Which includes:

1. Space is only for ONE person stay.
2. Strictly No guest or visitor allowed.
3. Strictly no marijuana, vaping/smoking, drugs, and any illegal activities. If you ignore this rules, your deposit will be forfeited.
4. Please don’t leave the window open when air condition or heat is on.
5. No pets/service dog due to my son’s allergies.
6. Clean dishes after use.

We greatly appreciate your Acknowledgement and Accepting the House Rules before booking. To ensure a 100% guest satisfaction and to prevent any misunderstanding. I hope you understand as sometimes, when in a hurry, the guest doesn’t read the House Rules which may lead to a misunderstanding and an unsatisfactory stay.
